Clinging to the cross, I'll follow You

Humility is knowing your weaknesses as well as your strengths.

It's humbling really when you have to face your weaknesses. But one of my leaders reminded me today that we have to focus on our strengths, knowing that God will deal with our weaknesses. If not, it's very easy to be discouraged in ministry and even in our walks with God! But condemnation is not from God, there's a difference between God's chastening and condemnation because the Father who disciplines his son is a father who loves his child.

Maybe it's a habit and an ingrained pattern of thinking, that you'll always feel discouraged easily and you'll easily point out your flaws to yourself. But breakthrough is needed! Even though the process takes time, sometimes you'll even find yourself going through this cycle again, but everytime you decide that it's not by our human strengths, talents or abilities, but God's grace that He uses us, you'll be one step closer to overcoming this!

Be bold and strong, cast aside your fears and doubts, for remember, the Lord your God is with you wherever you go!
