That's my score for tonight's dinner! -.- Hmm.. guess i really should take the advice of a chef and learn to taste the food i'm cooking. Haha.. ok, it wasn't that bad..

Try #2 on Creme caramel: BIGGER failure than the first. Oh my goodness me.. this time i know it's really the recipe, even as i'm doing it, i was going ?? are you sure ?? Haha.. Lesson learnt here, i'm never gonna try to cook this ever again man..

Joanne was asking me, "Why are you so insistent on cooking this dessert?" And my only answer to that was because it looked seemingly EASY since it only requires milk, eggs and sugar. Come on! Anyone would have thought the same too right?? :p I'm switching back to chocolate man.. at least i get to lick the pot when cooking's done. Greater rewards for the same effort! :D

Next try... Chocolate Fondant! :]
